These terms apply to your use of Log-a-Dog, an app made by Magician Labs.
Log-a-Dog is a casual dog spotting and collection game. You agree to use it safely, respectfully, and legally.
Do not trespass, enter private areas, or ignore signs or instructions.
Do not disturb dogs, owners, staff, wildlife, traffic, or other people.
Ask permission before taking close-up photos of someone else's dog.
Avoid photos that include people, faces, children, addresses, licence plates, or private details.
Do not use the app while driving or in any unsafe situation.
You are responsible for the dog names, photos, notes, and other content you add. You should only add content you have the right to use. If a dog owner asks you not to photograph or log their dog, respect that request.
Log-a-Dog is provided for fun. Features, breed lists, achievements, stats, maps, image sources, and progression may change over time. We try to keep the app reliable, but bugs, service interruptions, or data loss may occur.
The app is not a pet registry, veterinary tool, safety tool, breed certification tool, training tool, or official record. Breed suggestions, stock photos, achievements, and stats are for entertainment only.
Google sign-in is available as an optional account feature. Cloud save can sync dog log data to your signed-in account. Dog photos remain on your device in this version. Log-a-Dog may show ads through Google AdMob. A one-time ad-free purchase is available through Google Play Billing. Ad-free removes ads from the app while your Google Play purchase remains valid. Purchases are handled by Google Play, including payment method, refunds, and purchase account records.
The Log-a-Dog app, design, branding, artwork, icons, code, game systems, and Magician Labs branding are owned by Magician Labs or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the app except where allowed by law.
The app may use third-party services for analytics, maps, app distribution, device features, and breed images. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
Magician Labs may change, suspend, or remove access to features where needed for security, legal compliance, service operation, or app improvement.
The app is provided as is and as available. Magician Labs does not guarantee that the app will always be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
To the extent allowed by law, Magician Labs is not responsible for indirect loss, lost data, lost progress, personal injury, property damage, disputes with other people, or issues caused by unsafe or inappropriate use of the app.
These terms may be updated as Log-a-Dog changes. The updated version will be shown in the app and published where required.
